A custom talent showcase and client management platform for a Dubai-based media talent agency — replacing scattered WhatsApp threads and email exchanges with a single place clients and talents can actually work in.

The brief
VibeVisionHub is a Dubai-based media talent agency representing performers, presenters, and creators across the region. Before we built the platform, Saif (the founder) was managing everything through WhatsApp groups and email — talent profiles sent as PDF decks, client questions answered manually, every booking coordinated thread by thread.
The work was getting done, but the process was eating his day. A single client request for “show me a few talents matching this brief” turned into hours of pulling files, formatting messages, and chasing replies. The bigger the agency grew, the worse it got.
He needed a place where clients could browse talent directly, see real details without asking, and get in touch without three WhatsApp groups in between.
What we built
Searchable talent profile system with filters by category, availability, and skill
Client-facing browse experience — public-facing talent listings with rich detail pages
Client login area for managing shortlists, requests, and ongoing communication with the agency
Admin panel for VibeVisionHub to add, edit, and manage talents and bookings
Talent contact and inquiry flow that routes through the agency, not direct
Mobile-first design — most clients view talent profiles on phones
The result
Since launch in September 2025, VibeVisionHub has moved its talent showcase entirely off WhatsApp and email. Clients now browse and shortlist independently. Saif spends his time on the high-value parts of his work — closing briefs and managing actual shoots — instead of forwarding PDF profiles.
“It saves me time showcasing talents to clients and makes the communication between client and talents easier. Clients can view and look for details themselves instead of constant back-and-forth on email and WhatsApp.”
