QuoteClear is VaultGray's own SaaS product — built for UAE agencies that lose time tracking quote versions, client payments, and vendor payouts across WhatsApp and email. VibeVisionHub joined as our first founding member.
The brief
The idea for QuoteClear started in a coffee shop in Dubai.
Saif Hameed — founder of VibeVisionHub and one of our existing clients — was on the phone with a client mid-conversation. The client asked him to revise a quote with new pricing. Saif checked WhatsApp first. Couldn’t find it. Switched to email. Found three different threads with the same client and three different numbers. Opened his laptop. Found a folder of PDFs called “Quotes” — none of them clearly named.
The client was still on the phone.
That moment isn’t unusual for UAE agencies. Most of them work the same way — quotes get drafted, sent, revised, approved, partially paid, fully paid, and occasionally disputed, all scattered across WhatsApp, email, and laptop folders. There’s no single place to see what was sent, what was agreed, or what’s been collected.
We built QuoteClear to be that place.
